Nokia N80 plz...sob sob sob

Oh baybee~how magnificent thou art~

So here goes...new year is approaching and i was hoping i can get a new Nokia N80 from my parents...the thing is...it aint cheap...and my mom keep telling me that i don need it with solid reasons like...rob cases + i am a student + i don work...i don earn my own income...

so i was really hoping i can get one due to
1)i have been using a typical handphone for a while now
2)its a mobile camera for me to snap pictures
3)i can use those pictures (3MP in quality) for my bloggie so i can extensively extend~ my new found bloggie ^^
4)its a nice walkman phone i guess
5)its a smartphone

So i am praying hard now so that i can really get 1 and enjoy using it...

So here goes, Brian and I discussed about me quoting Matthew 7:7 for my earthly desire to have a handphone...Brian mentioned that it made the religion look cheap and quoting this is wrong...

I on the other hand believe its debatable...50-50 correct and wrong...so y include something debatable...guess i will juz insert another bible verse that is 100% undebatable...i wont delete the 1st 1 tho...any comment?...plz correct me if am wrong...thanks Brian or any1 else out there @.@

New Year with Samson and Friends

So it was new year (yes...my blog is late)...I spent the time with Samson my long time buddy...
knew Samson ever since ... i was 5...gosh its like 15 years oledi i know him...along with some more other friends liky Ivy, Kher Lik, Yapp etc etc lits goes on~ nostalgia again sob....

So the birth of 2007 came and i spent it with samson, nothing much we juz chat and he told me we are going to Tawau Golf Club to spend the new year...i was like yeay~ go golf club !!!...

In my mind: Golf clubs~ chairs~ lounges~ little ppl~ drinks~ live shows~ foods~

Reality: Standing outside coz don have membership card~ many ppl~ overcrowded~ noisy~no food no drinks~

Sob......that's how it turns out...crowds went berserk and yelling when the fire works started...was concerned about my safety of my camera and wallet for a moment...almost hesitated to take any pictures actually...lucky got sam jaga my back so i can take pics semi-peacefully...

after that, over d lo...nothing special...jam lagi...midnight go drink...thn go back oi oi..zZZ...

RM XXX.XX Bible Handbook

After coming back from Mersilau...hang out with ah Hiew in the town of KK...both of us never drive in kK so here we are driving like idiots in a Kancil in the city of Kk...So we went shopping window style all the way...and we couldnt resist but stop by at warisan square the latest addition to the KK shopping centerS... nice condensed place of branded shops...i love it... altho i cant buy anything from there but FOS outwears lol... so here we are in Times Bookshop...and i m not really a book fan~ but i walk pass a section...stopped...thn walks backward...and have a glance at a book...named

Have a look inside...hmm not bad not bad...explain everything about the gospels and psalms and etc etc of the bible...and many interesting pictures and bonus infos...

so once covert...it becomes RMXXX.XX...significantly 3 digits...cant tell u how much...doesnt matter...coz wat matters is it wallups all my saving in my atm juz like that...looks at wallet not enough cash...ah hiew oso not enough cash...so ended up go atm nearby in center point thn rush back to buy....

Mersilau Trip to KK

haiz...sien...same thing happen again last time...blog sot sot...ended up all that i type no use...strange how small things can really make u bo mood...missed too many posts d...supposed to write this post, 1 about the RMXXX.XX bible handbook i bought, new year, and how boring can holiday be...haiz...sien...hopefully in a year time i will forgot all these incompetence la...since no1 is reading my blog anyway **Kenny Sia!!! u be careful >.>**

So here goes, after the trip in KK with Byron, Karen and Wee Ai, i will spend the few days in KK with dad before fly again to Tawau...Haiz...funny how Miri can be soooo close to Tawau in distance but still have to transit here and there and tickets can cost more thn flying to KL direct...**change topic** so dad asked me wanna go Mersilau or not that day...its a place in Ranau and I was thinking...road sick~2 hours drive~Ranau got wat sooo special o...reluctant but wat can i do...have to oso bah...takkan la in KK all alone meh...go meh go lo...

so early morning before depart...bought several traveling pills that thankfully worked!!! and lucky i get to sit in front of the car...nothing in my mind that i will ever find attractive bout ranau...since i been there with Byron they all that day oso...but the funny part is...we are going to Kundasang!!! which is only few kms ahead from Ranau and it is be-U-t-FUl.... i should have known it is so nice...and brought karen they all a few more steps ahead to a place of mountains and valleys...aiks...sayang~

One of reasons I enjoy traveling is being able to be apart of beautiful sceneries such as those in New Zealand~Swiss Alps~ etc etc u get the idea la ya!!! Never in a million years...i would think Sabah can offer me something close...

Yeap...Sceneries like this...Makes ur jaw drop...

Errrrrrrr...can la...nice wat...right?worth going at least its cold ^^

So once reached Kundasang, we drove higher and higher up the mountains to our resort...passing beautiful golf courses and plant nurseries...How i loveee Sabah *aww*

Golf courses...oooo....took from inside a fast moving vehicle...spare me the quality ^^

Better view?...O..i know y...i din wind down the glasss *all faints except Kenin*

So the place where we will stay for one night is somewhere inner and further from the course **bye bye golfie T.T** but within minutes reached also la...once there need to check in~

Haiz...CHECK wat IN o...VVIP here oledi oso need to check in...these days the ppl ah...hopeless~

So...checking in took a long time...i dono y...guess its because they are so nature friendly that one single com oso dun have...*faint thn wake up*...so me and my dad decided to walk around the place...and it's undeniably beautiful, cold and nice...

Do i look like I juz knock my head? Sometimes being tall is no good~**every1 agrees**

At 6 feet tall...I am not so tall after all~ (Rhymes~ lol)

One thing i dislike in the trip is my father wants me to be his video cam model -.-

But at least i m breathing pure clean air =p...SUFFER!!!All ye 2000m below muahahahaha

Finally!!!Check in was done...went to our room has a very... country cottage style in a forest-ISH environment it was raining + the fact it was cold...i m soooooooo in New zea"LAND below the wind"...haha

Discovery Travel and Living: "At RM400/night...accommodating 6 ppl...the Mersilau Resort is not a bad choice I say~...Till next time...see ya!"

So we spent the evening lounging~ in the cottage...everything was cold...its raining~ drank hot drinks~ and wala!!! its night oledi... time for bbq...ngiek ngiek ngiek

I look pissed~maybe coz my dad keep wanting to take photo @.@

BBQ was nice..but too bad environment was cold...so the chickens were never hot...and sometimes the inner meats are not cooked @.@...Didn't eat much...i dowan o li 2 ...drank lots of water instead...headed back to cottage and sleep~~~~

Next morning ...too bad...its time for check OUT sobsobsob...i was hoping i can go to 1 of the plant nursery because the flowers are awesome...God's creation~ aww undeniable~instead!!! i went to Pine Resort!!! Another beautiful resort in Kundasang...heard a lot from Ah hiew bout this resort...but my instinct always instantaneously react~ ""Indah Khabar Dari Rupa"...tapi ini!!!! "Indah Rupa Dari Khabar"...it was breath taking...I cant explain how new Zealandish (wats with me and nZ =.=) it is...its beautiful...period...

Nice? Deny that if you can!!!

KK trip with Miri frens...

So the engineering conference is over~~ hehe ...this time i am going road trip with Karen, Byron and Wee Ai to KK...Speak bout KK le... i been there bout...bazillion time...nothing much to be excited about...but this time i m going with frens...not families...so its definitely something new in a familiar environment... it was errrrrr somewhere end of november~

The agenda of the road trip is basically~...
1) Karen they all attend wedding of their fren...so i also muka tembok folo la...
2) Trip around KK coz holi season~
3) I get to drive to KK yea yea...1st time will pass Brunei wakakaka

So wat better way to start the trip with nothing but an "after-rain" chill and the symbol of God's promise: **aww**

It was a long trip all the way to Brunei thn out thn in thn out. Basically, its Miri - Brunei - Lawas - Brunei - Limbang - SABAH!!! i am home !!!
In Brunei, i passed a park i been to errrrr 10 years ago? Jerudong Park!!! but the sad news to me is that it looked...sooooooooooooo ""hmmm (wats a better word...?) ""Dead???
It wasnt the lively park that i use to remember years back...sad sad sad nostalgic again...i hate that feeling...Later on ...continue to drive drive drive ~~

I think it took us 10 hours to reach KK...

1 thing that i clearly remember is Byron's little player...""Hotel plz have nice toilet""...Reminds me of my bro...when he got ""emergency"" he sure have to settle in house toilet or hotel toilet...
Something Hiew and me always term as ----------> ""Golden @$S"" haha!!!
Byron was soooo hoping for a clean toilet that he even said if the toilet is not clean we will immediately check in to SUTERA EXECUTIVE SUITE 0.0...in my heart i was like praying that some ppl juz plz go and dirty the toilet before we check in haha!!! But then, i don mind~~ its not up to me to decide~~

So we reached our hotel late evening~ almost at night...beautiful apartment haha...i get a room all by myself wakaka...Since is almost dinner time...so we logically went out to eat yea yea...and the nice part is...we ate at Little Italy in KK...wooo KK ppl sure know wat is that 1...famous expensive Italian restaurant ...so I browsed through the menu and in my heart i was thinking "" WTH is all these terms""" But my expression~~ ""Ola ola spageti spageti~ bonjour(wait...isnt that French >.>)""...so decided to leave everything to Byron the expert...he goes...ravioli~ pizza~ cabanara~bolognese~...all i have to worry is eat...eat eat eat eat ...and take pics for YOU viewers out there to get jelez gg...

Appetizer : Garlic Bread + Smoked Salmon? + Olive oil + Salad...yummy~

Main Course 1: Ravioli Beef? + I dono wats the other 1 + Spagetti~~~

Main Course 2 : Extra thin crust PIZZA ...yummy!!!

I dono y... but this milk shake vanilla is extra smooth and extra nice...MUST MUST try...

So dinner was over~...went back to hotel...too full i guess straight sleep coz wedding is tommorow morning...zzzZZZ

Woke up next day, get dress...damm my hair too long ... i shud cut it in Miri... lucky i brought moose...Since we are slightly earlier done compared to other frens...so we visited them next door...see them get dress...funny thing is ... one ppl needs moose ...so every1 is like...neh Kenin got moose hehe...shud have charged service charge...gg...thn more and more ppl needs moose...-.-...finally...the bridegroom himself need moose ....adui~~...so i decided not to become an engineer d... i open salon...wakaka..Kenin Inspiration Salon... make Alan zap lap !!! waakakakakak jkjk...

So off we go to the church to attend wedding...sit down...wait for everything to get started...When the wedding finally started...the bride marched in...i dono y...but i started crying a BIT haha...dono y...touched maybe...tho i tak kenal neither the bride nor groom...haha...it has been a while since i attended a wedding in a church...

So the wedding was over~...i saw refreshments...on the right time hehe...i was soooo hungry and there is this egg tart...sooooo nice ...i walap at least 10 i guess... haha... so we went shopping in center point while the girls go make up in Karamunsing for dinner at night...during shopping i was soooo dizzy...egg tart over dose i suspect ... so didnt go shopping with the guys... instead go back hotel sleep. zZZ...once awake d..its almost time to get dress for the dinner party...thankfully the dizziness is gone...so we get ready for wedding dinner in Promenade Hotel yea yea...but we arrived late -.-...every1 is like looking at us haha...thn we were transfered from tables to tables...but our final table is quite at the back which turns out to be good coz the meal which can easily feed 10 ppl...is now served for only 4 of us haha...

Sweet memories: I drank 8 bowls of shark fin soup ngiek ngiek ngiek

Dinner is almost over...as usual the newlyweds go around yammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm seng~~~~~ -.- haha... i didnt shout...i scared if i shout together all the shark fin pancut out haha...thn they dance a bit...Kadazan style...singing my fav Sabah song "Jambatan Tamparuli"

Nice performance...love this song hehe

So the dinner was over... Byron decided to go Sutera Harbour yea yea...i always excited if we are going there...altho i go there bazillion time also...walk around~ digest food...nice atmosphere~ love it...how can u not?~...hehe...

On the next day, we did nothing much~ juz go around KK...walk around~~ ohh we did do something important...we drive to mount Kk hehe...but nothing much also la...juz the fact thats its cold and we are lost in Kinabalu Park haha...thn come back all tired...The following day is my last day in KK with my friends~ sob sob...Sunday morning ...so we go to church...in Skyline SIB!!! yea yea...which is in SUTERA !!! yea yea...arrived late again...coz woke up late...i cant bliv we woke up late...i tot some1 will wake me up haha...service was great...as usual~ been there once for VCF camp such a nice church aww...

After that...did nothing much...evening have to reunite with my dad hehe but no more with Byron they all ...bittersweet ...Kk trip is over...juz like that...time flies~~~

Engineering Conference 2006

Rwahhhhh!!!!! I am back blogging now... bad incident happened in the past...accidentaly deleted my blog post and didnt save a copy...deleted a whole long post...sakit hati... months have passed now ... my blog scar is gone d ...and think i m going to write wat i m supposed to 2 months ago...
phew~ counted d...need to write 5 blogs which i missed... start with the engineering conference~

Opening ceremony by Dr Lau...PVC...and Shell Swak Managing Director

So it was 28 of November 2006, I participated in a really fun, boring, beneficial, not for me Engineering conference...i volunteered under CUTEC to be a helper in this event...wat i do mostly is... carry chairs...stick posters...err yea thats it...but i was really glad i waited 1 2 3 ....15 suffering days for this conference -.- exam was over frens all back d...left me all alone in Miri for this conference...

So wat is this conference about? Well...mostly its for the final year engineering student to present their final year project...some international lecturers and big company boss presentation and...yea thats about it... have to admit ...presentation was boring =.=...ermm maybe the topic has nothing to do with aeroplane so its boring hmm...okok i rephrase ^^ ... the atmosphere~~ not the presentation is boring...

Some important ppl i notice in the conference is the Hong Kong Polytechnic Civil Professor..nice presentation bout globalization...and **cough cough** the Monash Mechanical Lecturer (Ass. Prof Ong) aka founder of IMechE Malaysia...ooo big guy...especially for me ^^ he talked bout how to apply ...and life as Mech engineers stuffs and stuffs~ felt like mechanical engineering so blessed to have him in the conference coz other discipline don even have 1 ...ngiek ngiek~~

Prof Ong : Yes~ Yes~ Kenin...U will be a succesful engineer i am 100% sure... wakaka

For the whole 2 days only watch final year students present their stuffs...i almost pengsan of boredom 0.0 but luckily they provide foods~~~ lots and lots of foods~~~**saliva**

After Prof Ong present...there is anotherrrrrrrrrrr major presentation~~ a presentation by the Sarawak Shell Berhad ""Tai Lou / Lau Da / Lau Pan"" haha...errr crap i forgot his name -.-... he is the Managing Director Of Swak Berhad...teng teng teng teng...guess wat...he present about ... Sarwak Shell and i remember exactly one phrase he said ""Sarawak Shell is employing Engineers coz most will retire in the next 10 years"" wakakakak ....great news for me not YOU ...=p...one of the memorable presentation that made me wake up...haha

Shell Boss : Thank you Kenin, u are instantly hired to work with Shell aww how nice if he say that

In the end of the day...its present ceremony award...got 2 awards for Best Thesis paper and Best presentation...

Yes u are right~ I tak kenal either one haha...but how i wish in another 3 years its me over there X.X

So the conference was over~ faster than I thought haha...can pack my bag oledi, going road trip with Karen and Byron yea yea ...so excited...but before that had dinner with CUTEC frens...kena belanja by Mr Terence Mr Cheng and Miss Tan...aww ate so much...wait for 15 days pays~~ haha...in the end of the day...got 1 sweet memory to ponder upon that is~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hell NO!!! haha... Ming Siang modelling haha = .=... shhh!!! don tell Ming Siang ok?

This is wat I can ponder upon hehe ...aww...wait 15 days really pays haha...I know I know if I were u I oso tell my self don so sombong show off my sijil haha...but i was inspired by Sabrina's word...
